One of the best teachers (and leaders) I ever had was the senior high choir director (Carl Lipke - center photo). He was firm and he maintained a high regard for every student.
We all have people who have influenced our lives, for good or bad. Tell a story about someone who had a strong influence over your own life. Describe this person and the event or events that influenced you so much. Also, tell us about who you were and what you were doing at the time this person was in your life.
Finally, tell us how what you learned changed who you've become. Does this persons influence still affect your life today? Did you ever thank this person for their leadership? If so, how did they respond?

• How did you feel about it then?
• And how do you feel about it now?
• Finally, what did you learn from the experience?
