We've all accomplished things we can be proud of. And it's likely we've also done things that were embarrassing at best; stupid, shameful or regretful at worst.
Share your story about a time when you did something you (and perhaps others) were especially proud of. Maybe you were selected for an elite orchestra, or perhaps your team just won a championship game. Whatever the accomplishment (or failure), we'd like to hear the story behind it.
Or you could tell of a time you did something you later regretted or were embarrassed about. You might have bombed an exam, or passed up some gumtree free stuff. Hey, it happens to the best of us. Everybody has at least one of these cringe-worthy stories. Maybe it's something that's really funny now but wasn't when it happened.
In any case:
• Describe the situation, yourself, the location and the others involved.
• Provide us with colorful details (sights, sounds, smells).
• Tell us what happened, what you did and what the others did.
• How did you feel about it then?
• And how do you feel about it now?
• Finally, what did you learn from the experience?
