   4. Clearly state your name, then tell your story.
If you want anonymity, let us know in your email and we won't display your name on the web site.
   5. If you flub and want to start over, hang up and call again.

Other suggestions:
Limit your story to about 5 minutes.  Shorter is better.
Submit as many stories as you'd like.
If you want to remain anonymous, tell us in your email.
While you retain ownership of and copyright to your story, by submitting it, you grant
The Story Collector the right to use your story without any obligation to you.

Rules of Story Acceptance 

By submitting a story, you agree with and consent to these rules:

3. You will not use your story to promote or sell anything.
4. We are not obligated to post your story.
5. We will not compensate you for your story.
6. By submitting your story, you grant The Story Collector full permission to include it on this web site.
7. We may use your story elsewhere but we will always give you acknowledgment for it.
8. You will provide your name and email address, regardless of whether or not your story is listed as "anonymous."
9. You will not hold The Story Collector responsible or liable for any damages that may result from posting your story.
